Amazing location with very useful parking. Very convenient for the Main Street, and the rooms are quite nice. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but clean. Breakfast is best eaten early, from what I can tell it’s all put out at 7 and stays there until 10am. There is no topping up/rotation/fresh element.

I’ll start by saying we had a lovely time and I’d certainly stay again. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms were really nice and clean to a good standard. However, things to consider: - not the fault of the hotel, but having a prominent location in the Old Town unfortunately means you’ll be woken up at anytime up to around 4am with drunk football chanting individuals, certainly with a room at the front of the hotel. This was every night we stayed (Thurs-Sun). - breakfast. PLEASE PLEASE get a commercial coffee machine.. it ran out of everything every 2 minutes. A small domestic machine simply doesn’t work for a breakfast service. Breakfast was cold on one day, I simply think they didn’t remember to turn the heaters to the cooked food on. Otherwise it was a reasonable selection of different local food. However, as I say, I would certainly stay again as the hotel and city are wonderful and can’t wait to visit again soon.

The hotel staff exceeded all my expectations. We spent two nights in the hotel during a conference for 60 people. Everything was always ready on time according to the plan and all our requests that arose in the process at the last minute were met. In addition, everyone was extremely kind, helpful and friendly. Kosice may have been a big let down, but I cannot fault this hotel. Very smart and well operated. Pleasant staff, great breakfast. Although I do not recommend Kosice overall, the location is perfect.|

Could not have been better: the location, the rooms, the staff are all awesome. We were checking out at 6 am, and they gave us breakfast to take away. Nice people, great value.
